Lounsbury Heavy-Duty Truck Center in Moncton is looking for a Service Advisor/Warranty Administrator. We are seeking someone who is customer focused with a background in sales.

  • Must be available to work scheduled shifts between the hours of 7:30am and 9pm.
  • Must be available to work Saturdays on a rotational basis.
Responsibilities
  • Be the dealership's first-line of Exceptional Customer Service, establishing trust and rapport with customers
  • Scheduling of service work in the service department
  • Consulting with customers the recommended or required services for their truck required during each visit
  • Documenting customers concerns to insure accurate communication to technicians, so vehicles are fixed right "The First Time",
  • Maintaining contact with customer while vehicle is being repaired
  • Issue purchase orders
  • Checking and advising customers if repairs are approved under warranty
  • Follow-up calls with customers regarding services, recalls, campaigns and promotions to book appointments
  • Open and close repair orders in a timely manner
  • Other duties may be assigned as necessary
Qualifications
  • College diploma in business administration, sales, and/or marketing is an asset
  • 2 years' experience in customer service, sales or similar role
  • Strong focus on customer service
  • Experience in the truck industry, rental or automotive industry is an asset
  • Strong Computer Skills: CDK experience an asset
  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer service skills, and troubleshooting skills
  • A good team player, has a sense of urgency and has the ability to multi-task
  • Good work ethic
