Marketing Lead
CareerBeacon is seeking applicants for a Marketing Lead position, based in Moncton, NB. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will work closely with key stakeholders, sales and creative services teams to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns and strategies that align with and support CareerBeacon's business objectives. You will be responsible for developing and implementing all aspects of the marketing plan, including paid digital advertising, sales collateral, social media management, partnerships, communications and sponsorships/events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategize, develop and execute an integrated marketing plan through a variety of channels such as, digital advertising, social media, SEM, outbound email, print, events and more.
- Develop branded sales and marketing collateral for use across multiple channels and campaigns such as sales/outreach, email marketing, social media and other program materials.
- Develop positioning, brand differentiation and communicate with internal and external customers on messaging and strategy.
- Manage partnership opportunities and represent our brand at promotional events and other marketing initiatives.
- Develop and manage social media strategy, including editorial calendar/content
- Work with Sales to support marketing initiatives and allign key performance indicators
- Track and analyze analytics reports to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness
- Keep up-to-date on marketing trends and new strategies for increasing brand visibility
- Write press releases and deliver presentations as needed

Qualifications:
- Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Business or Marketing and/or 2-7 years previous experience in a similar role with a proven record of delivering results
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles and can demonstrate ability to apply them strategically and tactically
- Experience with digital and social media marketing strategies and outreach email campaigns, ability to interpret results and take action to increase effectiveness
- Experience with SEO and Google Analytics are considered strong assets
- Certification with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, and Blueprint considered a strong asset
- Experience facilitating and managing internal and external communications
- Superior oral and written communications skills
- Salesforce / CRM experience an asset
- Strong collaborator with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Proven organizational, planning and project management skills
- Strategic thinking, creativity, and problem-solving
- Ability to be flexible, handle multiple tasks and adapt to a rapidly changing environment
