Lounsbury Chevrolet in Miramichi is looking for a Service Advisor to work in our dealership.
This is an hourly paid position and the working hours are Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 5pm.
Responsibilities
- Be the dealership's first-line customer relations and service representative
- Schedule service work in the service department
- Discuss with customers the recommended or required services for their vehicle
- Gather and interpret information on vehicle condition from the Service Technicians in order to advise the customer on recommended or urgently required services and communicate this information in a professional manner
- Explaining the benefits of services and the potential outcomes of postponing repairs to customers
- Other duties may be assigned as necessary
Qualifications
- College diploma in Sales, Business Administration, or related experience
- 2 years experience in customer service or sales
- Bilingualism is a strong asset
- Strong interpersonal, customer service skills, and troubleshooting skills
- Good work ethic
