Audi Moncton has an immediate opening for a Bilingual Parts Advisor.
- Provide customer service at the Parts counter and on the telephone
- Maintain inventory control and proper stock levels
- Perform physical inventory to ensure all stock levels are accurate on the system
- Work closely with the Service department
- Administrative duties such as paperwork and responding to emails
- College diploma or demonstrated work experience
- 2 years' experience in customer service, sales or similar role
- Fluently bilingual speaking in English and French. Ability to read and write in English
- Previous experience in a parts department or inventory is an asset
- Must be very organized
- Previous experience performing administrative duties
- Has a general understanding of automotive systems and parts
- Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures
- Strong focus on customer service
- Strong Computer Skills
- A good team player, has a sense of urgency and has the ability to multi-task
- Must be alert to sales opportunities by taking the time to ask customers questions and provide information about parts and services
- Is able to work independently, managing his or her time and work flow
