Gogii Lighthouse Studios Inc. is a fully-funded satellite of Gogii Games, which has been around for over 15 years, and we're growing our team. You'd be joining us at our North End studio and programming original and work-for-hire titles, working in a progressive development culture with flexible hours, competitive salaries and the opportunity to work on some exciting titles.
In this role (along with Senior Leadership), you will lead and execute our People & Culture objectives, goals, and strategies. You will ensure team members are engaged and productive. You will build and maintain a healthy and inclusive culture that aligns with our organizational values. This role requires you to manage all aspects of the office environment to ensure the best possible work environment.
- Lead organizational culture building strategies and uphold Gogii values
- Support all employee (Team Member) relations matters
- Maintain all aspect of the office
- Attend local tech/gaming sector events as a representative of the company
- Maintain a relationship with local Colleges and Universities.
- Help with recruiting, interviews, and hiring.
- Deep knowledge of and experience in all HR functions
- Bachelor's Degree/Certificate in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or a related discipline
- An interest in gaming and Technology.
- You are fiercely passionate about engagement and building strong and healthy teams
- You have knowledge of labor legislation
- You have excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills
- You are strong leadership and decision-making skills
- You have excellent organizational skills and diligence, with an ability to prioritize important projects
- Valid Driver's license and access to a vehicle.
