We are the Maritimes' John Deere Dealership with 15 locations to serve you. We are looking for a skilled, dedicated person to fill the position of Business Manager at our Summerside, PEI location. This position could also work out of Stratford, PEI.
Some travel between branches in PEI may be necessary do a valid license is required.

Purpose:
To manager the consumer products sales representatives while supporting sales activity through the processing of sales transactions and selling financial services to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Process sales presentatives deals upon receipt of the customer's signed quoted. Submit any credit applications to financial credit facilities.
- Review credit applications and work with customers to provide affordable options for their purchase
- Establish and maintain strong relations with our lenders
- Establish a positive relationship with customers as they are presented products and services
- Present warranties, insurances and other beneficial products offered by the dealership
- Enhance customer satisfaction during the entire purchase experienc
Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:
- High School diploma or equivalent experience
- Ability to connect with customers, maintain professional image, establish rapport
- Understands basic selling processes
- Experience working both independently and in a team setting
- Integrity, passion, and in-person presentational skills are essential
- Excellent customer service skills
- A proven ability to build a working relationship with financial institutions.
- Ability to read, understand and calculate banking figures such as; discounts, interest rates, percentages and commission etc.
- The prioritization skills necessary to use time effectively and set action plans to achieve business
