We are the Maritimes John Deere Dealership with 15 locations. We are looking for a skilled, dedicated person to fill the position of Office Administrator in Truro, NS

Details:

The successful applicant will be the Office Adminitrator for the dealership and provide bookkeeping and clerical services.

What you'll do
Responsibilities

Duties include:

• reconciling daily cash
• preparing bank deposits
• posting payments to AR
• posting AP vendor invoices
• other admin tasks as needed.

What you'll need
Qualifications

Requirements:
The successful candidate will be an outgoing, friendly, "high energy" individual capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

Must have a clean, valid driver's license.
A minimum high school graduate plus formal training or 1 - 2 years equivalent experience in accounting. A good knowledge of computer programs is essential, specifically Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
