Halifax Water is inviting applications for one (1) Regular Full Time Water Quality Inspector in the Water Services Department.

The Water Quality Inspector will perform water quality analysis and sampling for distribution system monitoring and in support of field investigations. Investigate water quality complaints and recommend methods/procedures for water testing analysis and support treatment process analysis.
Minimum qualifications include Grade 12 plus a two year technical program related to Water Treatment; or two years post-secondary training in microbiology or chemistry combined with 3 years practical experience in water quality testing and analysis. The incumbent must have a valid NS driver's license.
