Hickman Automotive Group is looking for a Customer Care Centre Manager to join our team at our Customer Care Centre in St. John's. - Report to, and work closely with, the Director of Marketing & Customer Experience.
Effective management of the CCC team, including recruitment, selection, training and instruction to ensure employees deliver a high standard of customer service.
- Provide ongoing coaching and development of CCC team members.
- Deliver continuous training and development to keep employees up to date on the organization's products and services.
- Develop performance targets and continuously measure if performance objectives align with organizational goals.
- Generating and maintaining daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Manage and coordinate the workflow of the CCC's customer service team and maintain schedules for follow up.
- Provide marketing and campaign support to the Director of Marketing & Customer Experience and Hickman Automotive Group branches.
- Manage phone administration for the organization including phone, voicemail set-up, call routing and dealing with day-to-day phone issues.
- Generate lists for mass call-outs for Hickman Automotive Group branches.
- Ensure ongoing and effective communication within the CCC and Hickman Automotive Group branches, as required.
- Possess a positive attitude, dependable, strong communication and organizational skills, be approachable, and provide feedback to team members when required.
- Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in people management.
- Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in a customer service environment.
- Strong work ethic.
- Computer literacy in word processing, database management and page layout.
- Well developed team building skills.
- Above average time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, telephone and communication skills and an ability to project a professional company image.
- Ability to effectively relate to customers, establish rapport and build relationships in a positive and professional manner.
