Rugged Rock Harley-Davidson (RRHD) is an authorized dealer of Harley-Davidson motorcycles and Arctic Cat ATV, side-by-side and snowmobile products. We currently have an opening in our Sales Department for a Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

· Provide excellent customer service to all of the dealership's customers.

· Demonstrate our commitment to "Make Things Right".

· Develop & follow action plans to ensure customer satisfaction and Sales Department profitability.

· Daily and monthly metric reporting to the General Manager including results, traffic, conditions, progress and all other relevant information.

· Interact continually with Sales Associates and customers, assisting with closing and completing sales and scheduling of deliveries on sales.

· Work with each customer to arrange for financing/leasing and to finalize purchases, presenting to the customer extended service contracts and other owner protection programs during completion of the sales contract.

· Review customers' credit applications for complete information and accuracy, matches customers to suitable financial sources, and follow up with customers and lending institutions.

· Establish and maintains a strong work relationship with lenders and financial institutions and works to understand their lending procedures.

· Effective communication with all departments and managers within dealership.

· Ordering of new Harley Davidson Motorcycles and Arctic Cat Product and pricing units for sales floor and in Dealervue.

· Stock units from invoices/creating unit sales files.

· Perform bi-weekly inventory counts and responsible for unit inventory maintenance (i.e. mark downs).

· Plan and execute sales events.

· Up to date on manufacture programs & executing marketing plan.

· Prepare sales department advertising budget, manage the social media sales schedule and actively engaged on social media platforms, sharing videos to target markets with relatable and pertinent information.

· Generate and provide bi-weekly newsletter content.

· Responsible for Showroom planning and ensuring all units are on RRHD website.

· Responsible for demo ride schedule.

· LMS (Lead management system) and SRM System administrator.

· Perform lien checks.

· Manage unit dealer trades and ensure trade in inspections are completed, filed and work is carried out as needed.

· Remittances of, but not limited to MVR, ESP, SAL.
