Lounsbury Chevrolet in Moncton has an opening for a Customer Relations Specialist. You will be working with the Sales Managers and the Sales team in maintaining our customer database, maximizing sales opportunities, maintaining the dealership web site, and overall being a support to the sales department.
- Manage all incoming internet, email and phone inquiries by responding in a timely manner and providing appropriate and accurate information.
- Assign leads and schedule appointments for Sales Consultants.
- Accurately document and update records in customer relations management (CRM) system.
- Manage portfolio of clients and contact customers with the goal of scheduling an appointment with a Sales Consultant.
- Provide feedback to management on sales programs to move inventory.
- Provide superior customer service and achieve highest degree of customer satisfaction.
- Work in close partnership with Sales Consultants to provide qualified leads and detailed information on customer requirements.
- Meet specified monthly targets and goals.
- Assign Sales team mandatory training that is required by the manufacturer and ensure the Sales team is up to date on their training requirements.
- Contribute to the overall success of the dealership Group by working with all customers, teams and departments collaboratively and professionally with a positive, roll-up your sleeves attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- College diploma in Office Administration, Business Administration and/or Marketing, is preferred
- Must have excellent communication skills (good verbal skills and a clear speaking voice)
- Prior experience in a customer service role is required
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Must be comfortable working with computers and technology systems
- Good team player
- Strong time management skills
- Bilingual in English and French is an asset
The successful candidate will possess a thirst for knowledge as well as display critical thinking. Previous automotive experience is preferred however, we are willing to train an enthusiastic and motivated candidate. Experience in a call center environment is mandatory.
