Introhive is looking for a full-time Sales Recruiter to help our team attract talent and grow our sales team.
Sales Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various sales roles. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.
The position is based in Halifax, NS.

- Sourcing, recruiting and hiring sales professionals across a wide range of sales and pre-sales roles
- Managing the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for various sales positions through networking, cold-calling, attending career fairs and other events.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for candidates through unique networking events, social media, internet searches, and research
- Continually evaluate and improve recruiting methods and hiring processes to ensure we are always offering the best candidate experience
- Build solid relationships with leadership teams and serve as a partner before, during, and after the recruiting process.
- Be proactive in networking, cold-calling, and "deep diving" into passive candidate networks throughout various markets.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-5+ years full-cycle recruiting experience, in house, or in an agency setting required. Preference for someone with sales-specific recruiting experience.
- Proven track record sourcing, interviewing and hiring passive candidates from direct competitors
- Familiarity with the technology market and landscape
- Ability to cold-call and build relationships by phone
- Experience partnering and influencing senior hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle
- Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of ATS tools and technologies
- Experience recruiting for a growing start-up strongly preferred
