We are currently seeking a Distribution Coordinator to join our team in Moncton

Distribution Coordinators oversee all aspects of managing a courier workforce for the delivery of BNI products to households in a defined geographical area. The primary goal of the position is to meet and exceed customer expectations through developing, training and motivating an effective courier workforce.

The successful candidate will:

• Provide front line contact for home delivery contractors, including managing performance, coordinating supplies, and handling requests
• Manage customer complaints
• Perform route verifications
• Communicate effectively with teammates and other teams as required
• Perform reporting and daily management duties
• Be flexible with working hours

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google products
• Solid communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation and focused on team success
• Self motivator
• Excellent time management skills
