BMW/MINI is seeking a Bilingual Service Advisor. The Service Advisor's role is to be the dealership's first-line customer relations and service representative to customers. We are seeking a polite, friendly and well-mannered individual to represent our company and the BMW and MINI brands.
- Schedule service work in the service department
- Discuss with customers the recommended or required services for their vehicle
- Gather and interpret information on vehicle condition from the Service Technicians in order to advise the customer on recommended or urgently required services and communicate this information in a professional manner
- Explaining the benefits of services and the potential outcomes of postponing repairs to customers
- Other duties may be assigned as necessary
- College diploma in business, marketing, sales or equivalent, or demonstrated work experience
- 2 years experience in customer service or sales
- Must be bilingual in English and French
- Strong interpersonal, customer service skills, and troubleshooting skills
- Good work ethic
