Job Function:

The Data Analyst position is focused primarily on the development, reporting and analysis of dealership data that can be used to help improve sales offerings, customer care and delivery processes.

Responsibilities

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with solid attention to detail.
  • Extracting data into Excel or other file formats to provide reporting on dealership performance and utilization statistics.
  • Collect, interpret and present data in various formats (charts, graphs, tables, designing and developing relational databases).
  • Regular maintenance of customer training program eQUIP (creating webinars, updating training calendars and editing recordings as required)
  • Help to identify inconsistencies in customer facing instructional media and documentation.
  • Assist the customer care team as required.
  • Review customer contact information to identify and update outdated data.
  • Data maintenance and updates for internal systems such as Billing and Salesforce (project-based).
  • Completion of data extraction authorization project for customers.
Qualifications

Requirements:

  • 2+ years business experience in a professional office environment
  • Completion Post-Secondary Business Diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment.
  • Able to work effectively as a team player or work independently.
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills
  • General technical aptitude
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products; advanced skills with MS Excel an asset
