  • Interacts with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Supports technicians and service advisors in securing required parts in order to complete work orders
  • Ensures internal requests are billed on the service repair order
  • Records all repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates, credits and special parts orders
  • Replenishes assigned inventory daily
