Our team leads will:
- Guide the retail team to success via appropriate methods and a flexible interpersonal style to build, motivate, guide and develop a cohesive team to complete team goals.
- Execute on processes and plans around employee engagement, hiring, retention, training and performance management.
- Seamless execution of store processes to optimize the customer experience.
- Ensuring in-store social responsibility and safety processes and practices are adhered to
- Lead by example in the delivery of the B.E.S.T (Better Every Single Time) customer experience.

- Experience leading people and building engagement
- Understanding of the customer journey as a tool to optimize the customer experience
- Commitment to social responsibility
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Comfort adapting to a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
- Three years of progressive retail management experience
- Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- A good handle on MS Office suite
- Related post-secondary degree or certificate is an asset
- Able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends
- Able to speak in both official languages is an asset
