Temporary Logistics Coordinator – Milton, ON
Fuze HR Solutions is currently seeking a Temporary Logistics Coordinator for our client, a well-established company in the food manufacturing industry located in Milton, Ontario.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented professional with strong administrative and data entry skills who can provide immediate support to a busy logistics team.
Position Details

• Location: Milton, ON (100% Onsite)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Pay Rate: $25–$28/hour, depending on experience
• Assignment Duration: Approximately 30–60 days, subject to business needs
• Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and data validation support to the logistics department.
• Review, verify, and update information to ensure accuracy across internal systems.
• Process data entry and maintain accurate logistics and inventory records.
• Assist with order documentation, shipment records, and related administrative tasks.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies.
• Support logistics coordinators with daily operational requirements.
• Utilize Microsoft Dynamics, online portals, and Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of administrative, logistics support, order processing, or related experience.
• Strong data entry skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or similar ERP systems is an asset.
• Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, or manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and learn new systems quickly.
• Must be available to work onsite in Milton and commit to the full temporary assignment.
