ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ASSOCIATE – Mississauga, Ontario – 6 Month Contract

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Associate to support our accounting team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and timely collection of revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for reviewing, verifying and posting deposits for North America Route operations.

• Verifying cash and credit card transactions, identifying variances, resolve discrepancies.

These are the standards we look for:

• Diploma or degree in accounting, finance or business is preferred
• 1 year of Accounts Receivable Accounting experience
• Experience with an ERP system; Business Central, NAV or Dynamics 365 strongly preferred
• Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables)
• Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Effective communication skills
