Position Summary

The Senior Accountant provides hands-on leadership of Families Matter's financial operations, ensuring sound financial management, accurate reporting, and effective financial planning to support the organization's programs and services. The role ensures information is accurate, timely, and useful, while helping the Executive Director, leadership team, and Board make informed decisions about programs, funding, and long-term sustainability.
