Snow Plow Operators & Snow Removal Crew Members

Are you an experienced snow plow operator who takes pride in your work? Are you dependable, hardworking, and willing to jump in wherever needed? We're hiring snow removal operators for the winter season. We need people we can count on when the snow starts falling—not people who disappear when the weather gets bad.

Equipment & Responsibilities

We are looking for team members with experience operating:

• Tractors & skid steers used for snow removal
• Pickup trucks equipped with plows and salt spreaders
• Snowblowers for walkways and other areas
• Shovels for manual snow removal and cleanup

1. Reliability — No-Shows Will Not Be Tolerated

When a snowstorm hits, our customers depend on us. You must be ready and available for shifts and storm-related call-ins as agreed. Communication is essential.

2. Accountability

Be on time, answer your phone, communicate changes, follow instructions, and take responsibility for your work.

3. Teamwork — No “That's Not My Job” Attitude

We don't have room for people who think they're too good to pick up a shovel. Everyone helps wherever needed. If a teammate needs help, you step in. If a walkway needs shoveling, you shovel. We work as a team, and everyone contributes.

4. Willingness to Work When Winter Hits

Snow removal means irregular hours, late nights, early mornings, weekends, holidays, and potentially long hours during storms. You must understand the demands of winter operations before applying.

5. Safety & Quality

Operate equipment responsibly, follow safety procedures, respect customer properties, and make sure the job is done properly.

Qualifications

• Previous snow removal or equipment operating experience preferred.
• Tractor and/or plow truck with salter experience is an asset.
• Physically capable of performing all essential duties of the position,
• Valid G Driver's License
• Clean Drivers Abstract
• Dependable transportation and the ability to report for assigned shifts.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, hardworking attitude.

Compensation

• $25–$30 per hour, depending on experience and demonstrated ability.
• Season End Performance Bonuses available.
• Seasonal winter employment, with potential to turn in to full time spring & summer employment.
