Be the ULTIMATE Party Host at KidStrong Kleinburg!
Do you love working with kids, bringing energy to a room, and making celebrations unforgettable? KidStrong Kleinburg is looking for enthusiastic, outgoing, and energetic KidStrong Coaches - Parties & Events to help us deliver amazing birthday parties and special events!
We're looking for someone who can bring the FUN while keeping everything organized, safe, and running smoothly. As a KidStrong Coach, you'll lead exciting activities, engage with families, and make sure every birthday kid feels like a superstar!
What You'll Do

• Be the ultimate party host! Welcome birthday families and guests with enthusiasm and make everyone feel special.
• Lead the FUN! Facilitate high-energy, age-appropriate games, activities, and challenges on our signature KidStrong Blue Floor.
• Keep the party going! Engage children, encourage participation, and create an exciting, positive experience for every guest.
• Celebrate the birthday kid! Help lead birthday celebrations, including singing Happy Birthday, serving cake, and making the guest of honour feel extra special.
• Support the parents! Assist families throughout their celebration and ensure they have a stress-free experience.
• Set up & clean up! Help prepare party spaces, organize supplies, and reset the centre between events.
• Work as a team! Collaborate with fellow KidStrong Coaches to ensure every event runs safely, smoothly, and on schedule.

Who We're Looking For

• You LOVE working with children and know how to make activities fun and engaging.
• You're outgoing, confident, energetic, and comfortable leading groups of kids.
• You have a positive attitude and aren't afraid to be a little silly!
• You're reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
• You can balance having fun with maintaining structure and safety.
• Previous experience in recreation, birthday parties, camps, coaching, or working with children is an asset.

Weekend Availability
We're looking for coaches who can consistently work during our scheduled birthday party times:

• Saturdays: 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM
• Sundays: 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM

Additional opportunities may be available throughout the year to represent KidStrong Kleinburg at local fairs, school functions, and community events.
