Licensed 310S Technician (or 3rd/4th Year Apprentice)

In this role, you will work efficiently and effectively to maintain, repair, and service customer vehicles to the highest standards. Job Duties Include:

• Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs efficiently as assigned, meeting all factory quality benchmarks.
• Diagnose complex mechanical malfunctions and electronic faults accurately to execute the correct repair.
• Examine vehicles thoroughly during service to determine if additional preventative maintenance or safety work is required.
• Explain technical procedures and repairs clearly directly to Service Advisors to assist with customer estimates.
• Conduct thorough road tests and safety inspections to verify the quality and safety of all completed shop work.
• Execute other shop duties as assigned by management to support smooth service drive operations.

Successful Candidates Possess:

• Trade Credentials: Valid Automotive Service Technician License (310S).
• Certifications: Valid ODP (Ozone Depletion Prevention) card; Drive Clean/Light Duty Inspector certification is highly valued.
• Driving Requirements: Valid Ontario Class G driver's license with a clean record and the ability to operate both manual and automatic transmissions.
• Technical Aptitude: Strong expertise in advanced technical diagnostics, electrical systems, and mechanical repairs.
• Team Demeanor: Excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to collaborating safely within a team.

The expected compensation range may vary depending on experience and qualifications.

This compensation range includes base wages and vacation pay, as applicable under Ontario Regulation 476/24 made under the Employment Standards Act, 2000.
