What We're Looking For
We're hoping to find someone who knows Personal Lines insurance and genuinely enjoys helping people.
You'll bring:
3+ years of Personal Lines insurance experience
An active RIBO licence
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Confidence working with insurer portals and brokerage technology
Excellent organization and attention to detail
The ability to manage competing priorities without losing sight of the customer
A practical, solutions-focused approach to problems
A willingness to learn, adapt and embrace change
A positive attitude and a strong sense of teamwork
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who wants to be part of a team, not just fill a seat.
