Forklift Operator LTL Cross Dock (Midnight Sun-Thu) - 2266

We are currently recruiting a Forklift Operator with cross-dock experience to join a leading LTL transportation company. This role focuses on the safe and efficient offloading and movement of materials within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Schedule: Sunday to Thursday (Overnight Shift)

• Sunday: 10:00 PM – 9:00 AM
• Monday to Thursday: 12:00 AM–12:30 AM start, ending at 9:00 AM
• Some shifts may extend depending on workload.

Pay rate: $21/hr to start

Responsibilities

• Perform cross-docking operations
• Loading LTL
• Offload, stage, and move products safely and efficiently (no loading required)
• Prepare materials for shipment
• Track and record inventory movements
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Position is focused on offloading trucks

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of forklift experience
• At least 2+ years in a cross-dock environment
• Clamp truck experience is required
• Experience with pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong work ethic and reliability
