Join the Bath Tune-Up South Calgary team as an In-Home Sales Consultant. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing exceptional bathroom spaces while delivering a high level of professionalism and consistency to our renovation clients.
Your Responsibilities:
As an In-Home Sales Consultant, your day will involve meeting homeowners in their homes, understanding their bathroom renovation goals, reviewing their style preferences and budget, and helping them choose the right renovation solution. You will prepare and present quotes, update designs and selections based on client feedback, follow up with leads, and maintain clear communication throughout the sales process. You will also collect project details, photos, and documentation to ensure a smooth handoff to the project manager once a project is sold.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 2 years of in-home sales experience
- Experience selling bathroom renovations, kitchen renovations, home improvement, construction, flooring, windows, other renovation-related services, and/or luxury goods or services
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Confidence presenting pricing and renovation options to homeowners
- Ability to build trust and guide clients through a decision-making process
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Comfort working in a commission-based role
- Training: Get started with paid, hands-on training.
- Commission Pay: This role is entirely commission based. (Uncapped commission ranging from 6% to 10% based on monthly sales volume.)
