Production Floor Assembler

Integrated Staffing is currently recruiting for a Production Floor Assembler. This opportunity is ideal for detail-oriented individuals with strong manual dexterity who enjoy hands-on work and are comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
THE ROLE

• Test and wrap wire;
• Assemble packaging boxes;
• Build subassemblies with guidance from experienced team members;
• Use small hand tools such as cutters and pliers;
• Follow drawings, parts lists, and bills of materials;
• Inspect products and identify workmanship issues;
• Follow detailed instructions to ensure quality and accuracy;
• Complete additional duties as required by management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to read and write English at a high school level;
• Strong eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity;
• Good eyesight and strong attention to detail;
• Ability to work with very small components;
• Ability to maintain a high level of workmanship and quality;
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
• Ability to understand drawings, parts lists, and bills of materials;
• Ability to use various hand tools;
• Ability to recognize and troubleshoot product issues when they arise;
• Previous manufacturing experience is considered an asset.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• $17.55/hour + 4% vacation pay;
• Monday to Friday schedule;
• Choice of 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 8:00 AM–4:30 PM;
• Two 15-minute paid breaks and one 30-minute unpaid lunch;
• Approximately 2–3 week assignment with potential for extension and permanent placement;
• Onboarding on the first day at 9:00 AM;
• PPE provided;
• Clean and orderly production and warehouse environment;
• Business-casual dress code;
• Weekly payroll.
