About the Position

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Merchandiser to support retail merchandising activities at assigned store locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining product displays, ensuring shelves are well-stocked, implementing merchandising standards, and helping maximize product visibility and sales.

Hours: 24-27/week

Responsibilities

• Maintain attractive, organized, and visually appealing product displays.
• Replenish shelves and displays by bringing products from storage areas to the sales floor.
• Follow planograms and established merchandising guidelines to ensure proper product placement.
• Update seasonal displays, pricing, signage, and promotional materials as required.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs or product ordering requirements.
• Execute promotional activities, display programs, end caps, and other account-specific initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve product visibility, availability, and overall presentation.
• Maintain shelf conditions, product freshness, and accurate product rotation where applicable.
• Identify and address out-of-stock situations and other merchandising issues.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with store personnel and department managers.
• Complete store visits and merchandising tasks efficiently and according to established standards.
• Prepare and submit required reports, photographs, and other documentation accurately and on time.
• Follow all applicable health and safety procedures and retailer policies.

• Basic understanding of retail merchandising principles is an asset.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to assigned retail locations, where required.
• Ability to lift and carry products weighing up to 45 lbs, where required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to complete assigned tasks and reporting within established deadlines.
