About the Opportunity
We are seeking motivated, professional individuals to connect with small and medium-sized businesses and introduce employee health and dental benefits solutions.
This business-to-business sales opportunity focuses on identifying prospective clients, connecting with business owners and decision-makers, and scheduling appointments to discuss their employee benefits needs.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy building professional relationships, are comfortable with outbound prospecting, and can work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact small and medium-sized businesses through outbound calls, emails, and professional networking.
- Identify and connect with business owners and key decision-makers.
- Introduce employee health and dental benefits programs.
- Schedule qualified appointments for benefits consultations.
- Follow up with prospective business clients.

- Follow applicable industry regulations and professional standards.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and initiating business conversations.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or appointment setting is an asset.
- Experience in employee benefits is not required, as training is provided.
- Willingness to obtain the required provincial insurance licence.
Compensation and Licensing
This is a 100% commission-based independent contractor opportunity, with no guaranteed salary, hourly wage, or minimum income.
Commissions are earned when an eligible business successfully enrolls in an employee benefits program, subject to the applicable commission agreement. Scheduling appointments alone does not generate compensation.
Successful applicants must obtain the required provincial insurance licence through the Life Licence Qualification Program (LLQP) before conducting activities that require licensing.
Licensing guidance, training support, and financial assistance toward most licensing costs are available. Any applicant-paid licensing costs will be disclosed in advance.
What We Provide
- Flexible scheduling and remote work opportunities.
- Employee benefits product training.
- Professional mentorship and ongoing support.
- Access to business development resources.
- Opportunities to build long-term relationships with business clients.
