Job Summary:

Reporting to the Manager, the Service Manager will be responsible for planning, scheduling, performing, directing, and evaluating the repair and servicing of equipment.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assist technicians
• Monitor shop efficiency, productivity and workmanship
• Analyse and resolve customer relations
• Schedule incoming work and dispatch technicians
• Train technicians in job duties
• Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed

Qualifications:

• Strong commitment to employee morale / customer satisfaction
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• Computer literate
• 310T truck and coach license would be considered an asset
• Ability to problem solve and adapt quickly to change
• Self motivated team player
• Committed to company health and safety
