Dorm Student Health Supervisor

Shift / Hours: Full-time hours, evenings, and weekend expectations.

About the Role:We are seeking a compassionate, responsible, and skilled Dorm & Student Health Supervisor to oversee student residential life and support the health and well-being of our students. This role combines student guidance, residential oversight, and basic nursing/health supervision in a supportive living environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Student Supervision & Residential Care: Monitor dorm activities, maintain safety standards, enforce residential rules, and foster a healthy, positive community.
• Health & Nurture Oversight: Provide first-line care for minor illnesses/injuries, manage and administer student medications, track medical records, and handle medical triage/emergencies when needed.
• Mentorship & Support: Serve as a trusted adult figure, offering emotional support, guidance, and guidance to residents.
• Incident Management: Respond to residential after-hours calls or health concerns as part of the full-time duty schedule.

Qualifications:

• Valid CPR / First Aid Certification.
• Strong communication, conflict-resolution, and organizational skills.
• Ability to clear a comprehensive background check.
