NOW HIRING | PART TIME RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE

SCNT Perfume Oils is looking for a confident, energetic and sales-driven individual to join our team for upcoming Toronto markets and winter shopping events!

We're not looking for someone who simply stands behind a table. We're looking for someone who knows how to engage customers, tell a product's story and turn interest into sales.

What you'll be doing:

• Approaching and engaging customers confidently.
• Demonstrating and selling our perfume oils and fragrance products.
• Recommending scents and upselling products and bundles.
• Maintaining an attractive, organized retail display.
• Processing customer transactions and tracking sales.
• Working independently and taking ownership of your sales performance.

Who we're looking for:

• Previous retail sales experience is required.
• Experience in fragrance, beauty, cosmetics or skincare is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Confident, outgoing and comfortable approaching strangers.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work in a fast-paced market environment.
• Comfortable driving to different markets and events across Toronto and GTA.
• Able to lift and transport booth equipment and stock safely, with assistance where needed
• Available for upcoming events, including Nov 6-8th and future weekend markets
• Able to work independently without constant supervision.

Position details:

Toronto and surrounding GTA markets

Immediate availability for upcoming events, including November 6–8 and other scheduled dates

Hourly pay + performance-based sales incentives

Opportunity for ongoing work at future markets and events
