Shift Supervisor

As Shift Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring that our Team delivers exceptional products with memorable guest experiences alongside our management team.

• Lead and support team members with servant leadership during your shift to deliver exceptional guest satisfaction

• Maintains a Guest First mentality while leading by example

• Oversee front counter & drive thru efficiency to help keep orders accurate & timely

• Aid in controlling costs through portion control and preparation quantities to help reduce waste

• Coach, motivate and bring out the best in your team

• Abide by and implement Tim Hortons Food Safety standards

• Maintain a clean, friendly, safe, and well organized restaurant environment

• Handle day-to-day shift priorities, respond to guest needs, and keep service moving efficiently

• Must be available to work day, evening & weekend rotation

• Complete additional weekly/monthly tasks assigned by restaurant manager

• A positive, guest-focused attitude with excellent organization & communication skills

• Experience supporting others in a fast-paced environment (supervisor or team lead experience is an asset)

• Confidence in problem-solving and staying calm while multitasking

• Respect for procedures, safety, and quality standards
