Job Responsibilities

• Stacking & Organizing: Arrange boxes, cases, bags, or product layers onto wooden or plastic pallets in a stable, uniform pattern.
• Quality & Weight Inspection: Check product labels, batch or code dates, packaging integrity, and case weights before finalizing a load
• Wrapping & Transport: Secure finished pallets with plastic stretch-wrap and move by coordinating with a walkie operator.
• Safety & Sanitation: Follow OSHA guidelines, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and keep the workspace clean.
• General Help: Work with Production operators and assist them.
• Ability to lift up to 40 Pounds.
• Able to work in a fast-paced work environment.
• Stand for a full shift.
• On-the-job training.

Associate Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED
• Stand for Shift Duration
• Able to Lift 40 pounds
• Must be at least 18 years old

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $17.95 - $18.50 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
