About Us
G Matrix Developments is a general contractor based in the Lower Mainland. We build custom homes, duplexes, multiplexes, garden suites and renovations, plus some commercial projects. We're busy and growing, and we need a reliable labourer to work alongside our site supervisor every day.

What You'll Do

• Support the site supervisor with daily site work and task setup
• Load, unload and move materials, tools and equipment
• Keep the site clean, organized and safe: debris removal, sweeping, garbage runs
• Help with demolition, excavation, framing support and general labour
• Set up and take down fencing, barriers, signage and temporary protection
• Receive deliveries and check materials against orders
• Assist trades on site when needed
• Follow WorkSafeBC and site safety rules, and report any hazards right away

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of construction labour experience (residential is a plus)
• Able to do physical work outdoors in all weather
• Able to lift and carry heavy materials safely
• Good English communication skills
• Reliable, on time, and takes safety seriously
• Takes direction well and can also work without being watched
• Reliable transportation required. Our sites are spread across the Lower Mainland.
• Fall protection or first aid certification is an asset

Required Gear

• Hard hat
• CSA-approved steel-toe boots
• High-visibility safety vest
• Basic hand tools (preferred)

Pay & Schedule

• $18.50 – $20.00 per hour, depending on experience
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Long-term, steady work across multiple projects
• Room to grow into a lead hand or assistant supervisor role
