Experienced Roofer (Shingler)

Experienced Roofer (Shingler)

If you're a roofer who can shingle fast and clean, takes pride in a tight install, and wants to build something with a growing local company — not just bounce from crew to crew — this is the crew you've been looking for. We pay experienced roofers properly, we run safe sites, and we do the job right the first time.

Enns Contracting is a locally owned roofing company that runs on craftsmanship, honesty, and looking out for each other. No sketchy installs that'll fail in two years, no disappearing acts on payday, and safety is never optional. When you put your name on one of our roofs, it's a roof we're all proud of.

What you'll be doing:

You'll be shingling alongside a solid crew that works together. You'll use our onsite tools and equipment, and follow company practices that keep every install clean, safe, and done right — with a foreman who's been on the roof himself.

· Shingle proficiently and at pace — clean lines, tight cuts, no callbacks

· Work as a team player: pitch in where the crew needs it, keep the pace up, help the guy beside you

· Keep the site clean and safe, every job, no exceptions

What we offer:

· $20–$30/hr based on experience — paid on time, every time

· Steady year-round work with a growing company

· Real advancement: we promote from within, and our foremen come off the roof, not out of an office

What we're looking for:

· hands-on roofing experience.

· Comfortable on steep slopes

· A clean attitude: show up ready, communicate straight, treat the crew and customers right

· Hungry to grow — promotions go to the people who earn them

· Reliable transportation to the yard and job sites

· Own hand tools and basic PPE are a bonus, not a requirement
