CSR Loans

We are looking for a Loans Operations associate to join our client's team - we have an immediate vacancy. This role is the operational liaison between the clients and their client management team, ensuring exceptional service for the customers. This is a 1-year contract with potential for permanent. Salary: $50,000 - $55,000, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Review client loan requests
• Complete information verification calls as needed
• Provide terms on approvals based on risk assessment
• Liaise with internal staff, external vendors, and customers with regard to lending documentation
• Ensure documentation is properly entered, received, and updated
• Answer incoming calls and resolve customer inquiries in a positive manner
• Record accurate details regarding customer inquiries into the database and escalate issues as needed

Requirements:

• 2 or more years of experience with loans, banks, or financial customer service
• Post-secondary degree
• Attention to detail
• Strong customer service skills, including handling confidential information
• Ability to commute to downtown Toronto
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with changing technology
