Job Title: Production Batcher – Day Shift

Location: Oakville (Dundas Street West & Winston Churchill Boulevard)
Shift: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Description

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Batcher to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately measuring, mixing, and preparing raw materials according to production requirements while following established safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Measure, weigh, and prepare raw materials according to batch sheets and production instructions.
• Follow formulas and procedures to ensure accurate product mixing.
• Operate mixing equipment and other production machinery as required.
• Monitor batches throughout the production process to ensure consistency and quality.
• Record batch information and maintain accurate production documentation.
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures, including proper handling of chemicals and materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with other production duties as required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in batching, mixing, manufacturing, or chemical production is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
• Basic math skills, including measuring and weighing materials.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle raw materials as required.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
