Onsite Recruiter

Pay: CA$18.00 - CA$19.00 per hour

Job description:

We are seeking an Onsite Recruiter for one of our biggest client in Brampton, ON !!! You will perform activities in human resources from recruiting new hires to retaining existing hires.

Responsibilities:

• Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
• On-board and train new employees
• Implement company culture, values and policies
• Provide management with requested reports and documents
• Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
• Accurately maintain employee files
• Coordinate with onsite supervisors and team leads to monitor candidate performance, address any issues, and ensure full attendance and punctuality of the candidates in your shift.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws
• Ability to build rapport with all employees
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Own vehicle is an asset

Shift Timings:

• Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM for two weeks only (October 29 – November 14).
• Morning Shift: The morning shift will begin immediately, except for the two-week night shift period.

Pay rate - $18-$19 (Negotiable based on experience)
