• You're great with people. You can read a room, pick up on how someone is feeling, and know when to listen, encourage, or just have a laugh.
  
• You're a bit of a clean freak. You notice fingerprints on the glass, dust in the corners, and things that aren't where they belong. You take pride in keeping things looking great.
  
• You've got a creative side. You enjoy social media, have an eye for a good photo or video, and can come up with fun ideas for content, events, and promotions.
  
• You're confident and outgoing. You love meeting new people, building relationships, and aren't afraid to start conversations.
  
• You've got a sales mindset. You enjoy helping people make decisions, following up, and working toward goals. You understand that sales is about connecting people with something that can genuinely benefit them.
  
• You're a team player. You jump in where needed, take initiative, and don't need someone constantly telling you what to do.
  
• You pay attention to details. The little things matter to you, whether that's remembering a member's name, following up with a lead, or making sure the studio looks its best.
  

What you'll actually be doing:

• Welcoming members and guests and making sure everyone feels comfortable walking through our doors.
  
• Introducing new people to Orangetheory and helping them get started.
  
• Selling memberships, following up with leads, and working toward studio goals.
  
• Building relationships with members and creating a great experience every visit.
  
• Helping create fun, engaging social media content, including photos, videos, reels, and stories.
  
• Bringing fresh ideas for studio events, promotions, and community involvement.
  
• Keeping the studio sparkling clean, organized, and ready for every class.
  
• Working alongside our coaches and the rest of the team to keep things running smoothly.

We're a locally owned Orangetheory studio right here in Grande Prairie. We work hard, have fun, support each other, and genuinely care about the people who walk through our doors.
