Job Details:
The Warehouse Associate reports to the Warehouse Manager and supports daily warehouse operations in our main warehouse. This role handles shipping, receiving, inventory, orders, and returns while maintaining an organized and safety-focused work environment. The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use stairs.
Responsibilities
- Receive shipments and complete put-away activities.
- Pick items accurately for customer and operational orders.
- Pack orders for shipment.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch.
- Count inventory and replenish stock as needed.
- Handle materials and maintain warehouse organization.
- Process returns in accordance with warehouse procedures.
- Follow safety requirements and maintain a safe work environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to use stairs.
- Ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in warehouse operations.
- Forklift Operator Certification or forklift operation experience.
- Experience with inventory management and inventory management systems.
- Experience with order picking and material handling.
- Physical stamina and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
