Panel Builder/ Saw Cutter – Panel Manufacturing Location: Windsor, ON
Pay: $19.00/hour, increasing to $20.00/hour after 90 days
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Regular Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM–2:00 AM
Training Shift: Day shift, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
About the Role We are currently hiring a Panel Builder / Saw Cutter for our client in the architectural and industrial panel manufacturing industry in Windsor, ON. The ideal candidate has experience using hand and power tools, assembling panels, and handling materials in a manufacturing environment. Saw-cutting experience is an asset. This hands-on role involves panel assembly, saw cutting, material handling, and quality inspection. Candidates with experience in manufacturing, production, construction, or assembly are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities

• Assemble panels using hand and power tools, including drills, rivet guns, and pneumatic caulking guns.
• Perform saw cutting and assist with material preparation.
• Handle, move, stack, and store panels safely to prevent damage.
• Verify materials against work orders and build sheets.
• Inspect materials for damage and report quality issues.
• Complete production paperwork and maintain a clean, safe work area.

Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing, general labour, assembly, or construction is preferred.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• WHMIS training is required.
• Saw-cutting experience and valid forklift certification are assets.
• Basic blueprint-reading skills are an asset but not required.
• Good attention to detail, reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials with assistance when required.
• Basic written and verbal English communication skills.
