Mobile Dev Lead iOS

We are hiring for a Mobile Dev Lead. The role focuses on leading iOS application development, mobile architecture, and technical delivery using Swift, SwiftUI, and iOS technologies.
A strong fit will have 7+ years of iOS development experience with team leadership, architecture, and stakeholder management experience.

What you bring

• 7+ years of iOS development experience.
• Strong team leadership and team coordination experience.
• Strong expertise in iOS, Swift, SwiftUI, iOS SDK, and REST API integration.
• Experience with MVC, MVP, and MVVM architectures.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of mobile security, performance tuning, and application lifecycle.
• Experience leading offshore and onshore development teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery models.

What you'll do

• Lead iOS application development and technical delivery.
• Design and implement mobile architectures using MVC, MVP, and MVVM patterns.
• Develop modern mobile user interfaces using SwiftUI.
• Build reusable components, libraries, and frameworks.
• Integrate applications with REST APIs and backend services.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, and DevOps teams in Agile environments.
• Mentor developers and lead onshore and offshore teams.
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
• Support CI/CD implementation and release management.
• Lead more than one team as a Development Lead.
