**Pay:** Starting at $18.50 per hour + Sales Commission

**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

**Location:** Cambridge, Ontario (On-site)

We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and customer-focused **Full-Time Sales Representative** to join our team.

### Key Responsibilities

- Respond professionally and promptly to customer inquiries by phone, email, Facebook Marketplace, and other online platforms.

- Assist customers in selecting products that best suit their needs.

- Provide accurate product information, quotations, and pricing.

- Follow up with prospective customers and convert inquiries into sales.

- Welcome customers visiting our showroom and provide a positive shopping experience.

- Process customer orders and coordinate delivery and installation arrangements.

- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on outstanding orders.

- Build positive, long-term customer relationships.

- Work independently and collaboratively to achieve sales goals.

### Qualifications & Skills

- **Fluent spoken and written English with clear, professional communication skills is required.**

- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

- Strong sales ability and confidence in communicating with customers.

- Friendly, patient, honest, and professional attitude.

- Self-motivated, reliable, organized, and results-oriented.

- Comfortable using computers, email, and online messaging platforms.

- Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries efficiently.

- Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred.

- Experience with Facebook Marketplace or online sales is an asset.

- Willingness to learn about our products and business operations.

### Compensation & Benefits

- Starting hourly wage of **$18.50 CAD**.

- **Additional sales commissions based on individual sales performance.**

### Working Hours

**Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM**

- Lunch break: 12:00 PM – 12:30 PM (30 minutes, unpaid).

- Paid working hours: 7.5 hours per day / 37.5 hours per week.

- Saturday and Sunday: Off.

- Ontario public holidays: Paid in accordance with applicable employment standards.

### Probationary Period

A three-month introductory probationary period applies to this position.

During this period, performance, attendance, communication, customer service, and overall job suitability will be evaluated.

All employment terms and conditions will comply with applicable Ontario employment legislation.
