- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, including at least 5 years of hands-on work on the Salesforce platform (e.g., Sales, Service, Experience, or Financial Services Cloud).
- 5+ years of experience leading engineering teams or squads in a manager/lead capacity, including responsibility for coaching, performance management, and hiring.
- Must be located in commutable distance to Toronto, Ontario, Canada
- At least one current Salesforce certification such as Salesforce Developer I/II, Platform App Builder, Administrator, Architect, or Sales/Service Cloud Consultant.
- Proven delivery of complex Salesforce programs through design, build, test, and implementation in regulated environments, with strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven, middleware).
- Experience with API-driven, microservice-oriented architectures and integrating Salesforce with enterprise platforms, using Git-based version control, CI/CD automation, code quality practices, and automated testing.
- Experience in cross-functional leadership with product, architecture, risk, compliance, security, and operations, including setting engineering KPIs, interpreting metrics, and driving continuous improvement.
- SAFe or Agile leadership certification such as SA, SASM, or PAL.
