Hours: 14 hours per week (2 days)
Location: Downsview, ON
Pay Rate: $25 per hour

Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to provide administrative and sales support to the Sales team. The successful candidate will assist with sales presentations, customer communications, promotional activities, reporting, and general coordination to help support sales growth and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and update sales presentations, promotional materials, and product information.
• Assist with tracking sales activities, promotions, and competitor information.
• Coordinate product samples, trade shows, and sales meetings.
• Support customer communications regarding new products, pricing, and promotions.
• Respond to customer inquiries and work with the Customer Service team to resolve issues.
• Maintain customer records, sales documents, pricing files, and online portals.
• Assist with sales reporting, data entry, and general administrative tasks.
• Provide support to the Sales team with various projects and day-to-day activities.

Qualifications and Requirements

• College or university education preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support, administration, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• French language skills are considered an asset.
