Shift: Day Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Sunday night start may be required based on production scheduling)

About the Opportunity Fuze HR Solutions is currently recruiting reliable, hardworking Production General Labourers for our client, MAPEI Canada, a leading manufacturer of construction materials located in Brampton, Ontario.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist machine operators with equipment setup and daily production activities.
• Support production operators in maintaining efficient manufacturing operations.
• Manually pack bags of finished products and stack them onto skids or pallets.
• Cut open bags and load raw materials into production hoppers.
• Perform repetitive lifting, loading, and material-handling duties.
• Clean and maintain production equipment, workstations, and surrounding areas.
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
• Perform additional general labour and production duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labour environments is an asset.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and performing physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a dusty manufacturing environment involving adhesives, construction products, and related materials while using required protective equipment.
• Strong attention to safety and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable transportation to the Brampton facility for a 6:00 AM start.
• Excellent attendance, punctuality, and commitment to assigned shifts.
• Willingness to work in a unionized manufacturing environment.
• Interest in long-term employment and potential permanent placement.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Candidates must provide:

• CSA-approved steel-toed safety footwear.
• Appropriate work clothing suitable for a manufacturing environment.

Additional PPE, including gloves, protective masks, N95 respirators, aprons, and arm sleeves, will be provided on-site as required. What We Offer
