Sales and Service Technician

As a Service Technician, you will play a key role in diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and installing equipment while building positive relationships with our customers. What You'll Do

●Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment efficiently and accurately.

●Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections to ensure optimal equipment performance.

●Install, commission, and test new equipment.

●Clearly explain service findings and recommendations to customers in a professional manner.

●Complete service reports and documentation accurately and on time.

●Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle in a clean and safe condition.

●Adhere to all company safety policies and industry best practices.

●Represent the company with professionalism and integrity on every service call.

What We're Looking For

●High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or certification is considered an asset).

●Two or more years of experience in a service, mechanical, or technical role is preferred.

●Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

●Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.

●Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

●Strong communication and customer service skills.

●Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

●Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a variety of environments.

Preferred Qualifications

●Experience with electrical and mechanical systems.

●Comfortable using computers, tablets, and mobile devices for service documentation.

●Willingness to work occasional overtime or flexible hours when required.
