EDUCATION CONSULTANT (Sales Consultant - e-Tutoring Solutions)

We have helped thousands of students improve their confidence and grades in Math and English for over 30 years in a multi-national global ED-TECH Tutoring solutions syndicate with 10 plus years in Canada.

While business units in Australia, US and UK are excelling, Canada Business Unit's performance has been below average due to absence of a Solid Sales Manager in retail solution sales and consulting environment and or exemplary Sales talent. Some did join with lot of excitement and then felt they were not a good fit!

We are rethinking business strategy here in Canada and we need a solid Sales Consultant with managerial and leadership talent to come on board. Someone, who starts, delivers and takes on a Lead responsibility within the next 6 months to 12 months and grow with the organization. Someone, who is very competitive with excellent leadership talent and self belief.

Someone who comes in and shows that he or she can do what other Business unit leaders are doing by replicating their success and eventually grow within months into a LEAD role for Canada. You are someone who is unfazed by failures and can put in the effort needed to excel like other global organizations that partner us. This is not a 9-5 job as such.

Solution sales is being done via phone Appointment bookings and then online presentation. You will be given company provided leads every week. No cold calling is necessary as we are investing in core marketing to give you leads- at least 25-50 new inbound leads every week. You are also expected to bringing in your own leads through personal referrals. Training is provided by Sales/ Marketing management experts in Mississauga, Canada and Melbourne, Australia leveraging remote management practices.

Our ideal candidate has

· Experienced Sales/cold calling/solid sales background in RETAIL/ B2C Sales sectors with solid SALES TARGETS.

· Track-record of over-achieving revenue targets in previous organizations of at least 500k to 1MM$ revenue targets annually in SALES. (These roles are not for INTERNS and FRESHERS please)

· A strong work ethic with excellent process mapping.

· Strong communication stills.

· An ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.

· Great listening skills and the ability to analyze responses quickly.

· Ability to learn the company's product/services quickly and follow directions.

· A neat and professional appearance all the times, at office or virtual office (WORK FROM HOME).

We offer

· Open-door office policy at our office near Square One in Mississauga and another satellite office at Meadowvale, Mississauga area. We are also exploring a boutique satellite office in Burlington, Ontario as well.

· Ability to WORK FROM OUR OFFICES and or at our HOME OFFICE sometime, is a critical need.

· Monthly Base salary plus fabulous commission/performance bonuses only for experienced SALES PROFESSIONALS with a targeted Annual Compensation Plan of $60,000 to $90,000 based on Revenue targets achievement. Any SALES CONSULTANT titled EDUCATION CONSULTANT who does not generate $60,000 per annum including BASE, BONUS, COMMISSIONS is not a good FIT in the Solution Sales Role.

· Full training and support

· Work at the office; hours between 12 Noon – 8 pm Monday to Friday, with limited flexibilities for a specific shift as needed per business objectives by Management as we service Ontario to British Columbia with time differences. Flexibility for some of the weekly work hours based on Management Approval ( if needed), without impacting work needs that impact sales achievements.
