  We are seeking an experienced Life Insurance Specialist to support two high-performing Desjardins Agency offices. This is an exciting opportunity for an established life professional who has built a strong reputation in the community and possesses a healthy network of referral relationships.

  The successful candidate will work alongside two agency teams to identify opportunities, conduct needs-based life insurance reviews, and help clients protect what matters most through comprehensive insurance and financial protection solutions.

  This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, generating referrals, and creating long-term client connections while enjoying the support of two growing agencies with established client bases.

  What You'll Do

  • Conduct life insurance needs analyses with existing and prospective clients
  • Present personalized life insurance solutions
  • Generate business through referrals, centers of influence, and community networking
  • Work collaboratively with agency teams to uncover life insurance opportunities
  • Follow up on leads and client reviews consistently
  • Build and maintain relationships with professionals such as accountants, mortgage brokers, realtors, financial advisors, and business owners
  • Assist clients with individual, family, and business life insurance needs
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and compliance

  What We're Looking For

  Required Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years of proven life insurance sales experience
  • Valid Ontario Life Insurance Licence (LLQP)
  • Demonstrated track record of consistent life insurance production
  • Strong consultative sales and relationship-building skills
  • Experience conducting comprehensive needs-based conversations

  Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing center of influence with established referral partners
  • Experience working with business owners and professional clients
  • Strong networking and community involvement
  • Knowledge of living benefits, critical illness, disability, and permanent life insurance solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
